The mountain has much more to offer than the skiing activities. Join our guides, come closer to nature with the discovery of the friends of nature : huskies, ski Joëring tractored down by the docile regional horse, experience original, authentical and surprising pleasures with the St Bernard .

Culture / Leisure / Gastronomy

• Natural outdoor ice rink located at the center of the village, two steps away from the residence. Free access and ice skates rental


• 2 tobogganing spots : Tourchet (in the town center) and Chavants


• Snowshoe walks : 4 northern routes in Les Houches : upon arrival of the Bellevue ski lifts (5 km) and, in parallel, with a cross-country ski run (2,8 km) and upon arrival of the Prarion ski lifts (4,2 km)


• Sledge dog : baptism, initiation to the driving of a dog team, day and half-day trips, trappers party


• Ski Joering (Skiing at the end of a rein): Drawn by good-natural horses, you will discover an environment-friendly way to ski, off the beaten tracks. Activity accessible to all (children from 6 years old) provided they can use a drag lift and maintain their skis parallel. Reservation needed


• St Bernard breeding : the most important one in the Alps


• La Compagnie des Ânes : rides on donkeys’ backs, depending on snowing up and upon reservation only.


• La Ferme à Payot (farm producing goat cheese) : buy directly from the farm, and Snacks organized (days and hours to be communicated later on)
